12 scallops, rinsed and drained 6 bacon rashers 3 tblspns lemon juice
What to do:
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each half around a scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking tray and drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm with cracked pepper.
